A common problem with film installation is that the mounting magnets often lack just a little extra strength. The SOTT mounting magnet solves this problem. The base of the SOTT Magnetic Film Holder contains 6 neodymium magnets that combine to a magnetic force of 8kg. As a result, fewer magnets are needed in one place to hold the sheet or film still.

The light gray base for better dirt control

The SOTT magnetic film holder has a light gray rubber base showing dirt build-up. By cleaning it regularly, you can ensure the magnet will not leave any marks on the film.

Rounded handle – prevents film damage

Often during assembly, the top of the sheet falls onto the magnet handles, causing unsightly creases or folds in the film where it touches the handle. However, SOTT mounting magnets have rounded tips to prevent damage to the film.
