What is structural adhesive 3M Scotch-Weld DP 810 and what does it bonds?
3M Scotch-Weld DP 810 is a structural, acrylic two-component adhesive with low odor. DP 810 has long durability and is impact resistant. Suitable for bonding plastics, metal, ceramic, rubber, and wood. There is a minimum preparation of the surface needed prior application. In order to use it, you will need 3M EPX Manual Dispenser for two-component adhesives.
For the use of structural adhesive DP 810, you will need 3M EPX Manual Dispenser, EPX Plunger 1:1, and 3M EPX Mixing Nozzle 1:1 Square Green.
– The working time is 10 minutes.
– 20 minutes for fixating materials.
Pay attention, that the working time is 10 minutes. In case you haven’t used the entire adhesive in that time, you will need another 3M EPX Mixing Nozzle 1:1 Square Green.
