3M presents four favorite colors from the 2080 series, now with a High Gloss effect. The extra gloss finish makes them remarkably shiny, making them the perfect choice for an automotive accent or overall wrap. The innovative technology of 3M 2080 Wrap Film Series HG12 enables reduced initial adhesion and improved reposition ability, reduces surface imprints, and increases scratch resistance during installation. 3M Car Wrap Series High Gloss features a transparent protective layer that allows applicators to install the wrap more cleanly and efficiently.
The high-quality, double-cast 3M Car Wrap Film is a new, improved version of the 3M 1080 series, meeting the highest requirements for complete car wrapping. Extremely flexible, allowing easy and fast application, even of the most complex 3D curves. This guarantees the stability of the installation on vulnerable details – the edges of doors and fenders, as well as in the most unprotected parts of the car – the front cover and the bumper.
The latest adhesive technology Comply™ and Controltac™ v3 are used, to guarantee easy and flawless application on the complex 3D curves of the car. Micro Comply™ technology has invisible air channels for better ventilation, aiming for a “bubble-free” application. And Controltac™ prevents the adhesive from sticking to the vehicle’s surface until the spatula is applied, allowing for repositioning during installation. Postheating (the final baking/fixing of the already installed foil) is mandatory for maximum results.
