High quality, dual cast car wrap film 3M 2080 is a new, improved version of 3M 1080 series, that meets the requirements for detail car wrap. It is extremely flexible allowing fast and easy installation even on complex 3D curves.
3M 2080-G12 Gloss Black Film and all gloss colors from 3M 2080 series comes with a clear protective film layer for reducing surface impressions and scratches. The safety film protects the gloss finish from trace of use of squeegee and other tools. After install it can be removed quickly, easily and cleanly for a beautiful gloss finish. These advantages of the film satisfy demands of both the customers and installers.
3M 2080-G12 car wrap film features high conformability, great cold stretch and excellent lifting resistance. It guarantees high reliability of the installations even in the most unprotected parts of the vehicle, such as the front hood and the bumpers.
The 3M 2080 films utilizes 3M™ Comply™ and Controltac™ v3 technologies that ensures easy and fast film application on surfaces with complex 3D curves. 3M™ Micro Comply™ adhesive has non-visible air release channels with excellent air flow to prevent bubbles. 3M™ Controltac™ minimizes the initial contact area of the adhesive for easy sliding, tacking, snap-up and repositioning. Postheating is required for maximum results.
